Kaleidoscope (Autumn 2020) is a travel/lifestyle magazine that encourages people to get out of their comfort zone and to explore the community around them, or go on a journey to discover themselves. The objective is to raise awareness of everyone’s own surroundings and find positivity in life. This issue features a lot of art exhibitions, cafes and small local areas in Japan, England and Hong Kong. Content and photos were written by myself, friends and peers and also gathered online. Overall, the magazine works within a two-column grid. Different typefaces are choosing according to the topic and a custom typeface is created for the title “Kaleidoscope”.
